Brimfield Township is located in the heart of Northeast Ohio. We are a rapidly expanding community growing in both business and population while still being dedicated to maintaining our rural identity and preserving our heritage. With two local exits off I-76, Brimfield residents have convenient access to other nearby cities and communities. However, with all the shopping, restaurants, medical, recreational, and other amenities located in Brimfield, our residents can have most of their needs met without even leaving the township!

The Brimfield Township Business Manager is appointed by the Board of Trustees and serves under the supervision of the Board of Trustees. The Business Manager provides internal support and partnership to Township departments and delivers overall Human Resources services for Township staff. The Business Manager is the liaison for department heads and the Board of Trustees building and maintaining relationships, facilitating communication, providing administrative and leadership support, project management and facilitation as well as coordinating related activities. The Business Manager works with department heads to develop and implement strategies to achieve the Township's annual and long-term goals and manages and leads projects, project teams and resources.

Human Resources functions include overall management of the employee life cycle including but not limited to hiring and recruiting, benefits and compensation, training and development, human resources compliance, policy administration and more.
