Tai Chi Chuan
Tai Chi is asset of slow and relaxed movements that help to
harmonize the mental, physical and energetic aspects of an
individual. Through these movements, mind and body are relaxed,
relieving tension and gently stretching the body. This discipline is
for any fitness level. Class is taught in 6 week sessions and
continues throughout the year. Class size is limited for
individualized instruction so pre-registration is needed.

Tae Kwon Do

Build coordination, agility, strength,
self-confidence and discipline through this program. Tae Kwon Do is
a Korean style of martial arts specializing in self defense.
Directed by Robert Parker of Mountain Martial Arts ,
this structured program improves sports ability, performance and
social being as well as self defense.
Class is taught in 8 week
sessions and continues throughout the year. Dobocks are available from the instructor.
